The village describes the collective support and power of a community in its service to children. 

Communal, collective collaboration ensures children have healing-centered environments with equitable access to resources and systems of support to explore, imagine, and freedom dream. 

Unfortunately, many children, specifically children from marginalized populations, continue to lack access to opportunities. Furthermore, they may lack true communal support that can help to positively shift trajectories.
